2020: Use as the core banking system for a cyberpolygon of Rostelecom
The Diasoft company, the Russian developer of IT solutions for the financial sector, signed the agreement with Rostelecom on behalf of Rostelecom-Solar subsidiary company, national provider of cyber security. The purpose of cooperation is creation of a bank segment of a cyberpolygon which will give to banks an opportunity to fulfill practical skills of reflection of cyber attacks. 2016
By order No. 426 of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation on September 6, 2016 solutions of Diasoft company – the IT system of Diasoft FA #, financial architecture of FLEXTERA and the analytical FLEXTERA BI platform – are included in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases.
2011
In August, 2011 provided Diasoft to the credit institutions using the Diasoft FA # system, an opportunity to automate maintaining bank account agreements of legal entities. The "Maintaining Bank Account Agreements of Legal Entities" software product changes ideology of the Diasoft FA# system regarding carrying out such transactions as signing of the contracts with clients, opening of checking accounts and connection of a set of necessary services to them for which providing collection of the commissions is made. Now in a product the new entity – bank account agreements of legal entities with which work with the client begins is selected.
Implementation of the Diasoft FA# Bank software product, Maintaining bank account agreements of legal entities will allow credit institutions:
- Optimize tools both for mass, and for individual service of legal entities that, in turn, minimizes operational risks and time expenditure at signing of the contracts.
- Perform signing of the contracts from a single window – now there is no need to come into different menu items and to separately perform the operations connected with signing of the contract: the feature for automatic opening of accounts on the agreement, printing of the agreement, binding of services and accounts with the agreement, linking of tariff plans with services in the agreement is added.
- Set several tariff plans for the bank account agreement of the legal entity.
- To automatically change a tariff plan of the client depending on the weighted average account balance or from existence of turnovers on the account.
- Calculate and charge the fees for the facts of commission of events on which there is no movement on accounts and reflection in accounting (for providing the statement, printing of documents, etc.).
- Levy a commission fee for exceeding by the client of threshold values of set of services (for example, the number of demanded documents).
With October, 2011 the Diasoft company provides to the credit and financial organizations using the Diasoft FA# system, functionality which allows to automate "end-to-end" business process of work with documents of an electronic form, a possibility of their vising and transfer to electronic archive. The "Accounting of Electronic Signatures of Documents of Day" software product is intended for installation of signatures on documents of day. The new functionality provides explicit communication of the primary document in the core banking system and the document (DEV) in electronic form in electronic archive. On each primary document separate DEV which in the core banking system is vised by necessary signatures in the set sequence forms. After completion of processing the document is unloaded in electronic archive. Such approach excludes cases of discrepancy of data in primary documents core banking systems and electronic archive.
Also the "Accounting of Electronic Signatures of Documents of Day" software product provides:
- Possibility of flexible configuration of number of the set signatures for each document type depending on account correspondence and a method of formation of the document;
- Control of a priority and hierarchy of signatures on the document of an electronic form;
- Control of installation of necessary number of signatures for primary documents when closing day;
- Control of installation of necessary number of signatures for primary documents at execution of documents, formation of run for sending to payment processing center (for interbank payment documents in rubles);
- Control of uniqueness of the signature for one document;
- Possibility of mass signing of documents;
- Control of the invariance of the document;
- Transfer to electronic archive of documents of an electronic form and their main details for the subsequent record on alienable carriers according to 2346-U.
Since December, 2011 clients of Diasoft company whose business is supported by the Diasoft FA# system had an opportunity to use the solution "The Fifth Level" of ProLAN company for quality improvement of IT services, managements of cost value of banking products, regulations of work and management of number of staff.
ProLAN — software developer, solutions and hardware and software systems for diagnostics, testing and information system management — included the automated banking system of Diasoft FA# in structure of the supported solutions. As expected, Fifth Level from ProLAN will increase efficiency of operation of Diasoft FA# at financial institutions. Now in the automatic mode it is possible to control runtime of crucial business transactions of the Diasoft FA# system (for example, transaction of issue of a consumer loan), performance and availability of Diasoft FA# and also labor productivity of users of the core banking system.
Specialists of different divisions of the credit and financial organization can be consumers of the obtained information. So, the IT service receives tools for quality improvement of IT services; business divisions are additional KPI of business processes which can be controlled in real time; HR service — tools for determination of standards and creation of a dynamic model of number of staff; financial service — tools for implementation of a technique of Time-Driven Activity Based Costing (this technique developed by Robert Kaplan and Stephen Anderson allows to manage effectively cost value of banking products).
One of features of the solution "The Fifth Level" is its simplicity and profitability — for implementing solution to install the EPM Agent program which collects information on work of the business application on the automated jobs of users enough and in real time transfers her to different management systems.
"To the questions Quality Assurance, in particular, to questions of performance of our software products, we traditionally pay very much attention — Nikolay Ippolitov, the department director told Partner solutions of Diasoft company. — Until recently this problem was solved, generally by means of stress testing which is an obligatory stage before release of any our software product on the market. However stress testing does not allow to manage core banking system performance during its operation in the conditions of real IT infrastructure of the client which, often, is far from ideal. Products of category Real User Monitoring of IBM companies, HP, BMC and other large international vendors are focused, first of all, on performance management of 'thin clients' that does not allow to use them for performance management of Diasoft FA#. Support of the core banking system Diasoft FA# using the solution 'The Fifth Level' for us is very important as it allows not only to increase service quality of our clients, but also to make it effectively. The cost of the solution 'The Fifth Level' 10 times less the cost of HP RUM or BMC EUTM".
2010
In 2010 upgrade of the current generation of products of the company – a line of Diasoft FA # is complete: in the recent past a monolithic client-server system is separated now into separate customized applications between which the layer of intermodular and external API is created – at the same time separate parts of an end-to-end system can work at separate databases and servers now. The release of the new version of an end-to-end system of Diasoft FA# v.7.2 provided necessary conditions for the subsequent transition of hundreds of clients of the company to the latest SOA technologies.
