The effect of the introduction of neural network innovations will be especially appreciated by government agencies and large companies with a huge flow of incoming messages. Employees will no longer have to manually write answers to official requests or review voluminous documents to prepare short content.

During the experiment, the vendor's ML engineers made sure that neural networks are able to generate relevant content per person, for example, prepare answers to letters, claims, claims and appeals. The user can only check the result, adjust it if necessary and send it to the addressee.

Testing has also shown that language models can generate documents from scratch. Instead of writing the text himself, the employee prepares a short request, transfers it to artificial intelligence and checks the content. AI takes over everything - forms the content, adds the preamble, details, applies the corporate style.

Processing letters with attached documents is another routine operation that generative models can take over. AI will summarize the text in a few seconds and prepare a summary, while the number and amount of investments can be any. Directum on April 19, 2023 presented a solution for intelligent processing of incoming primary documents.

Employees no longer need to manually enter the primary into the system. The routine can be transferred to artificial intelligence (AI) built into Directum RX. A special solution helps the accountant process primary documents and minimizes human error.
