Documentolog Lite, or Doculite (before Doc24 Pro) — cloud electronic document management system the light version EDMS Documentolog having built in integration with service.

2020: Start of service for the international legitimate exchange of documents of Doculite.global

The Kazakhstan company Documentolog started the service for the international legitimate exchange of documents of Doculite.global intended for electronic interaction of business in the CIS countries. It became known on February 10, 2020.

Service is implemented on the basis of an electronic document management system for small and medium business of Doculite which the company started in 2019. It is available for February 10, 2020 only in Russia and Kazakhstan.

In addition to exchange of documents, service allows to sign the international agreements in electronic form. The simple EDS is applied to agreement signature from the companies of Russia, from Kazakhstan - the EDS of the National RK certification center.

All most demanded functions of internal and external document flow, including creation, approval and signing entering, proceeding, and internal documents, agreements, orders and instructions, protocols, personnel statements and so forth are available to users.

To the middle of 2020 other CIS countries also will be connected to the international exchange.

Need of the similar platform for the company is explained with the fact that the market requires more and more convenient solutions for the international cooperation, and trade between the CIS countries develops more and more actively. So, for example, in 2018 the goods turnover of the CIS countries made $1.044 trillion that is 17% more, than the previous year.

For December, 2019 among features of the Doculite system (Documentolog Lite):

    • Doculite has the intuitive and easy interface without excess fields, steps, buttons and pages.

  • Documentolog office

  • Step-by-step instructions

    • Doculite is equipped by the virtual training guide with step-by-step instructions. A system prompts that needs to be done step by step that reduces time expenditure by training of personnel for work with a system.

In general by means of Doculite it is possible to exchange documents with any partners even if they are in the different countries, in a legally significant type.

Documentolog Lite release

On March 14, 2019 the Documentolog company announced release of a cloud solution for electronic document management of Documentolog Lite directed to the companies of small and medium business.

Price policy of Documentolog Lite means 3 packets depending on the number of employees in the company:

  • PRO-S — up to 10 employees;
  • PRO-M — up to 20 employees;
  • PRO-L — up to 30 employees.

Each of packets contains the most demanded document types:

  • Incoming documents (including resolutions);
  • Outgoing documents;
  • Internal documents;
  • Legal meetings;
  • Reports standard (4 pieces);
  • Application for a holiday;
  • Application for a business trip;
  • Application for advance payment;
  • Agreement / supplementary agreements;
  • Request for payment.

In general the ready configuration made on the basis of long-term experience of Documentolog automates the main business processes of the company that allows to optimize work with documents and to increase employees productivity.

According to developers, it is possible to work in the Documentolog Lite system right after acquisition: the EDMS configuration is provided already in finished form. A system is distinguished by the simple interface, at the same time, virtual step-by-step instructions which will help users to accustom at the initial stage are provided.

Description of Doc24 Pro

According to information for the beginning of 2019 a system is provided only in a cloud and has the ready configuration which is not subject to changes. At the expense of it the service does not require costs for implementation and training, has a user-friendly interface, does not require adaptation/setup and allows to automate document flow without additional expenses and labor costs and to begin work immediately, emphasized in Documentolog company.

DOC24 PRO is also equipped by the virtual guide and step-by-step instructions. The solution automates the most widespread and demanded business processes with ready routes and also provides legitimate exchange of electronic documents with any legal entities and physical persons.

DOC24 PRO allows:

  • Send and receive legally significant e-mails,
  • Create memos and legal instructions,
  • Approve and sign documents EDSs in the company,
