• Filling and effective use of the corporate knowledge base on the basis of often arising questions of users

Control of a route of a request for technical support is exercised using separate business process of a system, this business process can be easily changed and configured in the visual editor of business processes of EDMS "Document Flow Prof". By preparation of answers (solutions) the staff of service of technical support can use the corporate knowledge base and also attach to answers any documents and images, both from the knowledge base, and from a local disk.
