History

2025: Start of Sales

In late July 2025, Jason announced the release of DroneDog robotic dogs to patrol businesses. These AI guards can be paired with drones called the Guardian.

DroneDog patrols are based on modified Spot robots manufactured by Boston Dynamics. Mechanized guards can be equipped with thermal imagers and night vision cameras, as well as advanced sensors to detect leaks of chemicals and dangerous gases. Robots use AI algorithms to classify objects and understand the environment, and report potential threats or problems if detected, including anomalies on patrol routes.

The control of robot dogs and drones is carried out using a centralized platform that combines automated systems and operator control. DroneDog and Guardian can independently change batteries at special sites without any human assistance. This makes it possible to work around the clock. According to Jason, the new cyberdogs allow you to rethink the approach to ensuring security in enterprises.

At the same time, Asylum announced the Series B funding round, during which $26 million was raised for further development. Insight Partners, Veteran Ventures Capital, Allegion Ventures and GO PA Fund participated in the investment program. The money will be used to expand the staff, including teams of engineers and operators, in order to accelerate the development of robotic platforms and bring products to the commercial market. Jason intends to deepen partnerships with defense sector organizations.[1]
