2020: Start of the loyalty program Duck-bill of Club
The Russian online store of the products "Duck-bill Online" announced on September 7, 2020 start of own loyalty program which received the name "Duck-bill of Club". The program represents a system thanks to which buyers can accumulate and use for payment U-bonuses – internal unit of account.
The decision on start of the loyalty program was made at the end of 2019. For implementation of the large-scale project the SAP platform was selected, and the MasterData company acted as the partner in development and deployment. Program implementation of loyalty passed in several stages, test start for buyers from among the staff of online store became first of which. At the beginning of August, after carrying out a number of completions and improvements, the updated functionality became available to limited number of visitors of the website, and already on August 31 the loyalty program was open absolutely for all clients.
Duck-bill of Club is distinctive feature the fact that participants of the program all clients Duck-bill of Online become automatically, including the made purchases before start of the project. Besides, as a compliment the online store will add welcome bonuses to all who did orders in August.
Duck-bill of Club is one more feature a possibility of payment by bonuses up to 99% of the cost of orders, and by basic rules of the program to all participants 1% of cost of the purchased goods is charged. In addition, the most active buyers receive the status Prime providing a number of privileges: charge of 2% of purchases, free shipping of any orders, discounts for favourite goods and also other personal offers and actions.
For Duck-bill of Club the individual corporate style and identity inherited from the general creative concept of a brand were developed. All works were performed by own creative studio "Duck-bill Online".
