ESMO is an electronic system of medical examinations that fully automates the process of medical examination.
The ESMO system helps to comply with the legislation by completely automating the process of medical examinations and controlling the access of employees to the area of performance of labor duties depending on the state of health, completely eliminating the impact of the human factor on the results of the assessment. The required indicators are recorded by sensors, in addition, photo, video shooting is carried out, data is stored and transmitted. ESMO consists of a set of equipment that includes the required number of medical terminals, computer equipment for a health worker, turnstiles and its own software integrated into any database.
The solution is applied in, energy-generating,, mining oilgas transport industries where production personnel undergo a medical examination before the shift.
2024: As part of the model for the formation of electronic waybills together with Kaluga Astral
The developer of the ESMO software and hardware systems and the EPD IS operator Kaluga Astral conducted integration and tested the functionality for the release of electronic waybills, including with the ability to undergo remote pre-trip medical inspections. This was announced Kaluga Astral by "" on April 19, 2024.
As part of the testing, the following scenario was implemented:
- The owner of the vehicle, using the 1S-EPD service, forms "Title 1" with the indication of flight information
- Data on the pre-trip medical examination passed on the ESMO software and hardware complex is transmitted online with the formation of Title 2 using UKEP
- All necessary track sheet titles shall be added on the Customer's side, for example, in 1C system.
- If the Customer does not have an internal loop, the operator "Kaluga Astral" collects the necessary Titles and transfers the data independently
"Title 3" and "Title 4" are the result of a pre-trip inspection of the vehicle and odometer readings and are signed by mechanics or other technical specialists who give permission to leave in the 1S-EPD service.
According to the results of registration of 4 titles and sending them to the GIS EPD, an electronic waybill is formed in the form of QR codes, which the driver can present when checking on the road to the traffic police or Rostransnadzor.
All partners of KVAZAR now have the opportunity to work with electronic waybills.
{{quote 'Thanks to the solution that my colleagues and I have developed, users of ESMO hardware and software systems will draw up electronic waybills in familiar systems and transfer them to drivers' mobile devices. The use of this technology will make the usual processes in the company more convenient, and will reduce the operating load in the company by automating the exchange of information about transportation - said Anton Shevchenko, head of the department of EPD of Astral Group.}}
We offer a comprehensive solution that does not require additional resources to form electronic waybills and saves your time. The solution has already been developed and successfully tested. Before implementation, we recommend auditing the current algorithm for forming waybills at the enterprise and choosing the most suitable version of EPL design - said Elena Shcherbeneva, Head of the Software Sales Department of KVAZAR LLC. |
