Eastwind Mobile Contact is the platform giving to subscribers of the telecom operator new abilities to manage mobile contacts and synchronization of the telephone directory thanks to integration of the mobile phone into the Web server.
Eastwind Mobile Contact allows to create the copy of the telephone directory of the user on the server of the operator, provides reliable data storage and convenient management with them. At connection of service the subscriber can work with the telephone directory and contacts in Web, to receive detailing of the connected services by contacts, to configure services in a binding to contacts. The subscribers using smartphones on operating systems Android and iOS, can be connected to service using the Mobile Contacts application which allows to synchronize contacts from phone on the server and back in "one cliques".
At integration of the platform with a billing system subscribers will be able to obtain statistical data on contacts of the telephone directory, information on tariff plans and access to other functions of subscriber services.
The functionality of the solution is not limited to synchronization of the telephone directory of the subscriber with the server of the operator. The product EastWind gives to the user enhanced capabilities on maintaining and structuring contact information.
The principle of integration of opportunities of the mobile phone into the Web server is the basis for a system. Having connected service and having loaded data of the telephone directory on the server of the operator, the subscriber gets access to own page where he can enter necessary data and edit any attributes of contact.
The module Web Presence using which users will be able to set themselves the different communication statuses, by analogy with the widespread statuses in messengers is interesting. Among them, subscribers will be able to set themselves the statuses inviting other users to call them or to send the message - for example, "I want to communicate". It will stimulate a gain of traffic and will increase revenues of the operator.
Service of management of mobile contacts of EastWind allows subscribers to share a contact information with other users. This functionality is of special interest for corporate clients of the operator. They will be able to create the general reference books of contacts for the employees and/or customers.
Besides, thanks to this option the operator will be able to add to the telephone directory by the subscriber different "useful numbers", for example, phones of services of the emergency help, the city reference and many other things. Such reference support of subscribers will allow to lower load of Call center of the operator.
Solution integration of EastWind with an automated system of calculation of the operator will give to subscribers an opportunity to obtain statistical data on contacts of the telephone directory. Any user of service will be able to obtain detailed information on quantity of perfect calls or the sent messages to certain numbers, about the cost of the rendered services and also about time of a talk for a certain period on each contact separately. Having similar information, it will be much easier for subscriber to orient in the tariff plans offered by the operator and to select the most profitable to itself.
EastWind Mobile Contact will make more convenient and more functional process of work with VAS solutions of the operator in which data from the telephone directory by the subscriber are used, for example: Who Called, RingBackTone, maintaining the list of black/white numbers, Web to-SMS, CallBack, etc. the Product EastWind will promote more active use of above-mentioned VAS services due to bigger convenience in their management.
