The device serves as a charging station for electric vehicles and electric scooters of guests and residents of the capital, and in the future - unmanned delivery and air inspection systems. In its maximum configuration, it has a capacity of more than 150 kilowatts, which allows you to simultaneously charge three cars quickly. Also, the rack can be supplemented with a special drive for the implementation of ultra-fast charging of electric vehicles - this will reduce the charging time to 15 minutes.

The design also provides for the presence of holders of charging power cables, which maintain their neat appearance and exclude contact with the road surface. For the convenience of users, a contour backlight is implemented that displays the current charge level, battery as well as a multimedia widescreen display for information interaction with. population

Rack services form a continuous digital data stream that allows you to balance the distribution of capacity across consumers and respond to abnormal situations and offenses in a timely manner. In addition, it becomes possible to integrate decision-making systems based on expert knowledge under the control of artificial intelligence. The functionality of the rack can be expanded by connecting wireless smart sensors. Thus, for the development of urban infrastructure services, the rack has implemented systems for continuous communication with emergency services and video monitoring of the state of the streets - their illumination and pollution, as well as monitoring the level of filling of garbage containers. In October 2023, two racks were installed with this concept of a multiservice approach - one each in Moscow and the Moscow region.
