2024: Presentation of the "MCD Platform"

Already in September 2024, the "transitional" period ends, which allowed using the old electronic signatures of representatives of organizations and individual entrepreneurs (electronic powers of attorney of the MFD from 2024 are mandatory for employees signing documents on behalf of the company)

The MCD Platform service allows you to:

• Create and register a power of attorney in the distributed register of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in ready-made forms. You can issue power of attorney of the basic format - for exchange between organizations (version 002), as well as a single format - for organizations and government agencies (version 003).
• Create new proxies of supported formats in the editor or based on previously formed proxies, regardless of where the original power of attorney was issued.
• Revoke valid power of attorney prior to expiry.
• Search and verify power of attorney information issued by distributed registry users.

For the MCD Platform user:

• The number of users (employees within one organization) is not limited.
• It is possible to store the entire list of powers of attorney in one service. Including powers of attorney of supported formats that were released in third-party services.
• Upon expiration of the MCD Platform license - the powers of attorney will continue to operate, and the user will not lose access to them.
