An important component of the FSIS will be the integration of information on agricultural machinery, the use of pesticides and agrochemicals, the results of state monitoring of agricultural land. The system will also reflect information about agricultural insurance and the results of municipal land control.
Most of the information in the system will be in the public domain, with the exception of data, access to which is limited by federal laws. Full-scale implementation of the system is planned to be carried out in stages: some of the provisions will enter into force on March 1, 2026, the rest - from September 1, 2027.
The creation of a unified information system is aimed at improving the efficiency of agricultural land management, ensuring the transparency of land relations and improving the mechanisms for monitoring the use of agricultural land.[1]
