2020: Canceling for inhabitants of a number of regions of the commission at payment of housing and communal services against the background of coronavirus epidemic

On March 25, 2020 CFT reported that the federal system of collecting and payment processing City made the decision on user support in the period of COVID-19 pandemic: in mobile application "the Rent +" special conditions at payment of services of housing and public utilities for a number of Russian regions work.

The City system reminds that it is necessary to minimize a pin count to secure itself against the risks connected with COVID-19 virus.

For March, 2020 in mobile application the zero commissions for the following Russian regions work:

• Novosibirsk and sales tax – the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities; kindergartens are paid without the commission if you pay with one payment together with housing and communal services.
• Khabarovsk Krai is the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities.
• Primorsky Krai is payment without the major repair commission and water.
• Sakhalin is the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities and kindergartens.
• Sakha is heat, gas, the electric power, an overhaul, export of TKO without the commission.
• Tomsk and the Tomsk region – the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities and kindergartens.
• Smolensk and the Smolensk region – the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities.
• Dubna – services IRTs of Dubna without the commission.
• Perm Krai is the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities.
• The Nizhny Novgorod Region is the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities.
• Krasnoyarsk Krai is the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities.
• The Samara region is the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities.
• The Komi Republic is the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities.
• The Republic of Karelia is the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities.
• The Republic of Khakassia is the commission of 0% at payment of services of housing and public utilities.

2019: Release of the Rent + application

July 3, 2019 The federal City System announced release of mobile application "the Rent +" for smartphones on Android and iOS. Service will be useful at payment of full range of services: from utility payments, penalties and the state fees before training in kindergartens, schools, universities. Calculation is performed on the bank card of any bank of the Russian Federation. The Rent + application is available to free downloading in app stores of Google Play, App Store.

Among opportunities of mobile service: viewing charges and debts on services, the history of payments and archive of receipts, adding of several cards for calculation. Search of service is conducted by different parameters: to the address, a TIN or the name of the supplier or by the name of service.

Already actions of canceling of the commission act on start in the Rent + application. So, without the commission users of the application across all territory of Russia, will be able to pay housing and communal services for details by means of service "Payment of housing and public utilities – the Russian Federation"; list payments for the seasonal dacha on service "Garden and country societies – the Russian Federation". Residents of the Novosibirsk region can make without the commission utility payments on services of suppliers of the locality. Payers from Khabarovsk Krai have an opportunity to pay without the commission hot water for benefit of JSC Far Eastern Generating Company, contributions to Fund of an overhaul of Khabarovsk Krai.
