2019: Start of a payment service of mobile communication

On April 9, 2019 Russian Post reported that on its website in the section of finance.pochta.ru there was a payment service of mobile communication, housing-and-municipal and other services using the bank card which is also allowing to make transfers from the map on the card.

Remotely it is possible to pay services using cards national and international payment systems. For April, 2019 on the portal payment of services in the address about 3000 suppliers whose number will increase is available. For making payments the client needs to select on the website the section of services interesting him and the receiver, to specify a payment amount, to enter details of the bank card and to make payment.

Safety of payments is guaranteed by the certificate of PCI DSS. The project of the payment portal is implemented together with Intervale company which independently attracts partner banks to providing cashless payments.

On the website finance.pochta.ru the personal account of the payer where history of effected payments remains is available to users. Here too it is possible to save details of the bank card and to create templates of payments that will allow clients to make payment of regularly used services in only several clicks.

Other advantage of service is the possibility of preserving of details of payment cards in MasterPass – the service developed by MasterCard company. Having saved data of the bank card, the user has an opportunity of its further use for making payments on the websites mentioned by the MasterPass logo without repeated data entry of the card.

At payment or commission of transfer on the portal from the payer the fee can be charged by merchant acquirer, at the same time users of a payment service can receive a cashback to 10% of a transaction amount.
