Folio Merchant

The corporate information system (CIS) of FOLIO the Merchant - a modern software package for automation of accounting in trade, production and in warehouses of safe custody.

A system is intended for automation of the enterprises of different scale: as large corporations with a branched management structure, big number of staff, existence of the branches separated territorially, and dynamically developing small businesses.

In all developments of a corporate information system the advanced client-server technology providing the maximum reliability, speed and confidentiality of information is used. All programs entering into CIS of the FOLIO the Merchant work under the MS SQL Server.

2 functionally identical modifications of a system are issued:

• for automation of large and medium-sized enterprises on the MS SQL Server and MS SQL Server platform (with number of jobs from 6 to 100);
• for automation of the small and medium enterprises on the MSDE platform. This modification is expected use in networks under control of MS Windows of NT, Windows-95, 98, 2000 with number of jobs to 5 and can be used as local.

The modular structure of a system capable to solve, practically, all problems of control and management provides it necessary flexibility - i.e. a possibility of use only of canned programs of a system necessary for the user and also simplicity of connection of new modules, in process of emergence of need for them.

The corporate information system of FOLIO the Merchant includes modules:

• FOLIO of Winsklad are programs of an inventory control and warehouse logistics. Conducting trade and inventory accounting, information analysis about sales, profit and debts on each goods, the supplier, the dealer, etc., tracking of history of payments of each goods from the arrival moment before sale, support of work with systems a stroke - codings and a different retail store equipment. Full automation of technology of warehousing in big warehouses with a complex storage system of goods.
• The WMS solution - the automation system of management of a large warehouse or complex of warehouses with a complex storage system. Provides acceptance, placement, a complete set of loads, inventory, routing of tasks, control of work of personnel and also other aspects of functioning of a warehouse.
• The FOLIO POS Shop - family of warehouse programs for retail automation. Works in the mode of cash desk or the POS terminal with a user-friendly interface of input and a data exchange system with FOLIO of Winsklad.
• The FOLIO Exchange - the software module implementing batch mode of automatic exchange of warehouse data of FOLIO of Winsklad between remote divisions of the enterprise (offices and branches).
• The FOLIO the Internet the Order - a software module for remote work with bases of programs of inventory accounting "FOLIO of Winsklad". The partner or the agent, using only connection to the Internet makes orders of goods (request) in the FOLIO of Winsklad program directly via the browser (Internet Explorer MS).
• FOLIO of the CPC. The module of automation of mobile trade - is intended for increase in efficiency of the business connected with collecting of orders (Pre Sale) and sale from wheels (Van Selling). Documents and orders form the mobile sales representative (agent) directly in sales points on the pocket computer (PDA) which is synchronized through GPRS connection with the basis for data of the company (on the basis of FOLIO of Winsklad 7.5 or other versions of warehouse modules of CIS: "FOLIO of Winsklad 7, 8, 9"). Documents and reference books are synchronized that provides to the agent the comprehensive information both about goods, and about clients, including special discounts, debts, etc.
• The Online store - provides to the FOLIO both trade in the mode of online store, and use as the managing system of network of normal shops / supermarkets.
• The FOLIO of CRM - the program for customer relationship management. Tracking and the analysis of contacts, agreements with suppliers and buyers in interaction with data of the programs "FOLIO of Winsklad" or is independent. Drawing up and mailing of offers to clients. Formation of supplier orders.
• Zakazpostavk's FOLIO (FOLIO of SCM) - the logistic program for supply chain management. Serves for registration of requests of clients, their processing and automatic formation of supplier orders, tracking of the delivery schedule on each supplier with fixation of stages of passing of a load in a way from the order moment before arrival on a warehouse.
• The FOLIO Bukhmaster - the accounting program with a large number of documents, the developed opportunities of analytical and multiple currency accounting and maintaining any number of charts of accounts at the same time, including if it is necessary, GAAP.
• A&T: / Personnel management - the program of accounting and personnel management, payroll and awards of employees, including using data on sales and the made products.
• The financial analysis - the warehouse module of a corporate information system locates a broad set of financial statements for an operational financial analysis of work of the enterprise. The instrument of operational data analysis - FastCube allowing to receive pivot tables (cuts of data), to build the OLAP reports and diagrams which can be unloaded in formats - *.html, *.xml,*.xls, *.doc is built also in the interface of this module. This means of online analytical processing of own account given conveniently for creation by the user as does not demand from it qualification of the programmer.
