The Fujitsu corporation presented in March, 2012 the solution of FlexFrame for SAP for Windows — the expansion of adaptive computing environment designed to increase reliability of the SAP-applications working on servers under management Microsoft Windows.

The solution Fujitsu FlexFrame for SAP for Windows is developed at cooperation with Microsoft and integrated with SAP applications. It provides performance and flexibility of computing environments based on servers of standard architecture Fujitsu Primergy on which a various SAP-applications is executed. The release of the version compatible to Windows Server expands a market niche of the solution FlexFrame deployed on Linux servers of hundreds of companies worldwide noted in Fujitsu.

Now the FlexFrame platform is available to users of applications of SAP to Windows, using SQL Server technology. FlexFrame creates adaptive computing environment of the enterprise level for all SAP applications, including SAP ERP, SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), SAP of Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) and SAP Product Lifecycle Management (SAP of PLM).

As noted, FlexFrame for SAP represents dynamic infrastructure with flexible intellectual resource allocation and their optimization. The solution increases extent of useful loading of physical resources in completely virtualized environments for SAP applications. According to developers, application of FlexFrame for SAP provides the high level of availability of all infrastructure components which are used for work of a SAP-applications: physical servers, virtual machines, storage systems, network components and software of SAP NetWeaver Landscape Virtualization Management.
