Its goal is to reduce operating costs and increase the efficiency of transport systems through online monitoring of the state and operation of equipment. The platform runs in the web version and is available as a download application.

By the end of 2025, more than 20 thousand vehicles are expected to be connected to the platform: bus fleets, taxis, owners of forest equipment.

GLONASS-Assist "is a mini-social network for all fleet personnel: from owners and accountants to drivers. Vehicle cards contain a complete history of operation, repairs, spare parts replacement periods and fines for traffic violations, and integrated modules allow you to optimize transport management and avoid vehicle downtime. The platform for October 2025 operates in the web version and in the form of a mobile application for downloading to most operating systems, - said Vitaly Derkach, director of the sales department of GLONASS JSC.

To start a profile, you must enter fleet state information with contacts, documentation, vehicle cards, and other data.

The system interface is a dashboard with numbers, a personal account and more than 10 functional units, including import of reports with templates, planning and accounting for maintenance, monitoring fuel consumption and wear of components, integration with accounting accounting systems and a number of functionality. The system itself will remind you of deadlines.

The main condition for connecting taxi companies to the application is the connection of vehicles to the monitoring platform based on the ERA-GLONASS state information system.
