2024: Presentation of the "WFM Start" solution

On February 14, 2024, the Russian company Goodt (part of the LANIT group) launched on the market a cloud-based solution for managing line employees. WFM Start includes functionality for digital timesheets, personnel planning and the exchange of shifts. The solution is focused on small and medium-sized businesses with a staff of 50 people and allows you to automate management from scratch or migrate from foreign software without the cost of server load.

WFM Start functionality is formed from basic management tools that allow you to automate the tabulation and planning of personnel and close the situational shortage of personnel with internal resources at the expense of the exchange of shifts. Delivery of WFM Start includes a mobile application for employees to send notifications, respond to shifts and send applications for weekends.

Many mistakenly believe that automating line personnel management is a challenge for big business. But that's not the case. Most of the routine operations for finding a replacement for a sick employee, planning personnel and drawing up timesheets can be delegated to digital tools. And it doesn't matter - 50 people work for you or 5,000. Another question is that integrating a full-fledged WFM solution is expensive and impractical for small and medium-sized businesses.
