On June 11, 2020 HP Inc company. provided notebooks of HP of Chromebook x360 14c and HP Chromebook 11a. According to results of the recent research conducted by HP with the purpose to analyze effects of a pandemic of COVID-19, more than 60% of all consumers give the PCs to children for accomplishment of school tasks and games. The provided notebooks of the HP Chromebook series allow to work quickly in the multitasking mode, are suitable for business users, remote study and house entertainments.

• In the Chromebook 11a model the touch screen or the antiglare HD screen without touchpad is optionally available, also the notebook is equipped with two loudspeakers and the HD camera necessary for remote work and distance learning.
• A variety of ports, including USB Type-A and Type-C, the slot of audio and the slot for the Micro SD cards provides opportunities for connection and data exchange.

Notebooks of HP of Chromebook x360 14c and HP Chromebook 11a will be available in Russia under the order. As of June, 2020 deliveries of devices to the Russian retail chain stores are not planned.

On November 19, 2019 the HP company provided the updated product portfolio and services of Chrome Enterprise including a transformer of HP of Chromebook Enterprise x360 14E G1 – the solution for modern users of cloud services and also the desktop computer of HP Chromebox Enterprise G2 and the notebook of HP of Chromebook Enterprise 14A G5 intended for the employees working with clients directly.

2018: The announcement of the thinnest HP chromebook is Chromebook x360 14

On October 8, 2018 HP Inc. announced as the company approves, the thinnest hybrid chromebook. It is about the Chromebook x360 14 model which together with Chromebook x2 filled up the growing range of bonus portable computers on to the operating system Chrome OS.

In the basic version which cost is $600 the laptop is completed with the Intel processor Core i3-8130U, and in more expensive configurations use of Core i5 chips is possible. The amount of an operational and fixed memory is identical in all modifications — 8 and 64 Gbytes respectively.

Chromebook x360 14

The display is characterized by the 14-inch diagonal, resolution capability   1920 x 1080 pixels and a thin framework at the edges. Hinges on which a screen part fastens to the main unit with the keyboard allow the laptop to be transformed to the tablet. Certainly, for this purpose the display is touch.

The producer carries the product to a bonus segment in many respects at the expense of the high-quality stereosystem from Bang & Olufsen and external finishing of the body which reminds an opaque ceramic covering. At the same time ceramic material in creation of the device was not applied. Besides, the keyboard is executed of anodized aluminum and complemented with illumination, and the touchpad has "a diamond facet".

The physical sizes of a product are measured     by 325 x 226 x 16 mm, weight — less than 1.7 kg. At such parameters the chromebook can be considered the most portable in the class. Without recharge it works long enough — nearly 14 hours.

Device hardware also included USB ports 3.1 Type-C  and USB 3.1, microSD slot, the front camera, wireless communications Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11ac.

On October 8, 2018 preorders on purchase of HP of Chromebook 360 14 started. The beginning of sales is planned for October 21.^[1]
