On February 9, 2021 the HP company announced development of a portfolio of services based on the TechPulse HP platform which are based on mechanisms of deep machine learning and allow IT specialists to accumulate up-to-date information about devices due to safe data collection. In recent time the HP company provided Smart Support HP service which will help IT commands to reduce amount of requests in a support service of HP. Thanks to this service available to users without the mezzanine board, specialists of a support service of HP will get data access of devices due to technology of cloud telemetry. The solution optimizes customer service quality and reduces time of user queries in a support service.

According to the company, also announced HP a service portfolio, based on the deep analysis:

  • HP Active Care for preventive support and service of devices;
  • HP Proactive Insights for intellectual monitoring of all park of the equipment;
  • HP Proactive Endpoint Management for management of endpoints based on different operating systems.

The HP solution of Active Care minimizes influence of a modern working environment on the capacity of devices and, as a result, helps to prevent possible failures. Prior to the beginning of a pandemic more than a half of IT managers agreed in opinion that the priority direction of strategy of management of the park of the equipment is increase in level of predictive analytics. The Active Care service copes with this task: thanks to it IT commands have an opportunity of elimination of problems on HP devices.

HP Active Care

The Active Care HP service uses artificial intelligence of the TechPulse HP platform that allows to predict development of the situation and to beforehand send to customers the corresponding notifications. This service also combines analytics of operability of devices, a possibility of preliminary creation of requests in a support service and functions on fault recovery. Also the service of response to an incident a support service the next working day is available to saving of time and preserving of productivity of employees. In addition, at detection of problems a system automatically sends appeals to a support service, and IT specialists will be able timely to plan repair.

The Proactive Insights HP service provides analytics for all park of the corporate equipment from different producers and running different operating systems, thereby helping the companies to reduce the cost of ownership of the equipment. The predictive analytical data provided by the TechPulse HP platform allow IT specialists to manage working capacity and capacity of end devices and to proactively fix problems with devices or applications before they influence employees or the organization. Besides, proposes the solution recommendations about failure handling which can be transferred to a management system for corporate IT infrastructure (ITSM) using the API interface (application programming interface).

Considering a decentralizovannost of corporate infrastructures and the hybrid working schedule, HP was developed by Proactive Endpoint Management for optimization of device management of end users. The service allows IT departments to save time and to automate a part of difficult processes on control of the equipment, including accounting and tracking of assets, monitoring of performance and utilization of devices. Service is compatible to such systems as ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune and VMware that allows the organizations to optimize the investments and work with already available tools.

2019: TechPulse service start

On February 25, 2019 HP Inc. announced improvement of service of Device as a Service (DaaS) which is intended to satisfy a broad spectrum of requests of clients and partners in the field of modern management of IT. Provided to HP service in management analytical given and account of HP TechPulse and also announced availability of the HP DaaS program for devices of Apple in the territory of Europe, expansion of deliveries of vending machines of HP Tech Café Market and creation of Walk-Up service centers worldwide.
