2025: Mobile App Launch

Teplokom has launched a free mobile application for monitoring heat meters. The company announced this on June 18, 2025.

In the operation of thermal energy and water consumption meters, specialists face a number of tasks, including obtaining current and archival data directly in the field, access to metrological and diagnostic information, as well as quickly documenting readings during regular rounds and checks. Without a state-of-the-art digital infrastructure, these issues require significant time and effort to manually capture readings, use removable drives, and require additional technical staff, resulting in increased costs and reduced overall process efficiency.

The mobile application is suitable for on-line monitoring and analysis of data from heat and liquid meters: an electromagnetic flow meter PREM and a VKT-9 heat quantity calculator.

The Teplokom application is a tool for specialists in the field of housing and communal services, power and heat supply, which allows you to monitor and analyze data. Users can view metrological parameters, diagnostic data, current and archived measurement readings, which can be exported in PDF format if necessary for further processing, which greatly simplifies the process of monitoring and documenting equipment readings.

There are two options for connecting to metering devices: via Bluetooth or using a RS-232/USB adapter. Wireless Bluetooth connection is especially important for reading data from devices installed in hard-to-reach places. The maximum data transmission distance in the absence of obstacles is 15-20 meters. At the same time, it is not necessary to use additional devices for reading information, which makes the process of obtaining information more convenient and fast.

An important feature of the application is integration with FGIS "Arshin," which allows you to automate the process of planning checks and maintenance of equipment. Synchronization of data with the state information system facilitates the work of inspectors when checking tuning coefficients or verification dates, and also reduces the time for downloading archive data for specialists.

The Teplok application has a simple and intuitive interface, which makes it available to a wide range of users. It is compatible with most modern devices on the platform Android and does not require special skills to work.
