Hi-Tech and RSK have signed a long-term cooperation agreement for the development of domestic artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. LinQ HPC is a solution completely created on Russian technologies. The complex is based on two LinQ HPS AI accelerators for high-density computing, created on the basis of an external PCIe switching array RSC ScaleStream-C developed by the RSK group of companies and connected to the flagship one Graviton server S2122IU included in the registry. The key quality of LinQ HPC is the absence of third-party intelligent components. The PAC is based on the LinQ HPS universal accelerator with the original LinQ H architecture, which does not use third-party IP cores. This solution is radically different from existing products on the market, which depend on foreign technologies and may contain hidden vulnerabilities.
LinQ HPC specifications demonstrate high performance. The complex provides 1920 TOPS performance when working with 8-bit integers - this is the maximum indicator among Russian developments. The system is equipped with 1280 GB of multi-channel DDR4 ECC memory (high-speed error correction memory for reliable calculations), which allows you to process large amounts of data and simultaneously run more than 100 models of neural networks. At the same time, the system delay is 2.3 milliseconds for ResNet-50, and with optimization it can be reduced to 1.5 milliseconds.
The energy efficiency of the solution also deserves special attention. Despite its high performance, the system consumes only 3000 W (TDP), which is achieved through intelligent processor frequency control and adaptive power control through specialized software. Built-in thermal monitoring and dynamic frequency control automatically optimizes operating parameters to ensure stable operation under different loads and operating conditions, reducing operating costs for power and cooling.
