Obtaining certificate of transport security

On November 11, 2020 it became known that control systems of access and tourniquets of Hikvision company and also two software platforms, HikCentral Pro and HikCentral Enterprise, underwent obligatory certification of technical means of ensuring transport security according to Government decree No. 969. The list of the certified equipment includes all ACS components: controllers, video on-door speakerphones, access terminals, readers, tourniquets, actuators and the software – only 203 products.

As it was explained, certification also there underwent thermal terminals of access with face recognition function and also the transport terminal with the built-in thermovision module intended for installation on public transport for control of temperature of passengers and observance of the mask mode.

Tests took place in Federal State Unitary Enterprise Russian Research Institute of Radio of M.I. Krivosheyev laboratory. The certificate of conformity is issued by Federal State Institution of NPO STIS MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS Russia, authorized body on certification of technical means of providing transport security.

Existence of the "transport" certificate allows to use the Hikvision systems on objects of transport and transport infrastructure. For November, 2020 in a portfolio of the company already more than 500 certified equipment models, including cameras, loggers, access control systems. Until the end of the first quarter 2021 certification on resolution No. 969 there will undergo also updated equipment models which appeared in the Russian market in the second half of 2020.

The presentation in the Russian HikCentral market

On May 19, 2020 the Hikvision company presented at the Russian market the complete solution based on own intellectual HikCentral technologies. With its help it is possible to determine temperature of the person with an accuracy more than 99%, to control existence of a protective mask and observance of a social distance between people according to the set regulations and also to conduct calculation of people to control their number indoors. The solution includes several product categories: two-spectral thermal cameras, metaldetectors with the integrated thermal camera, biometric MinMoe terminals for the organization of access control, terminals for check of temperature and existence of a mask for installation on transport, multifunction IP cameras from Smart video analytics, the camera with two lenses for calculation of people and also network video recorders with support of intellectual functions based on algorithms of deep learning (Deep Learning) and media displays with the integrated thermal camera for temperature measurement of people in public places.

All listed solutions can work as independently, and as a part of a single end-to-end system based on the HikCentral Pro platform which including supports wide feature set for ensuring the maximum protection against threats of spread of infectious diseases. The software allows to conduct monitoring in real time with a possibility of the instant notification of the operator on emergency situations and violations of the sanitary mode. A system creates detailed statistics on the selected parameters (the number of people with the increased temperature and/or without mask, etc.) with the additional information (time, day, the specific place of an incident, etc.). Different options of visualization of statistical data are available to convenient viewing. If necessary it is possible to configure a time recording, statistics of passes through the checkpoint.

All functions offered within the complete solution can be configured separately depending on the current tasks of the customer. A system is suitable for installation in business centers and office spaces, on objects of the industry, manufacturing enterprises, on objects of the service industry, retail, on checkpoints in clinics, hospitals, schools and universities, administrative buildings, etc.

In the current difficult conditions connected with emergence of new biological threats before the technology companies of the whole world there was a task most quickly to develop effective solutions to help business and the population to cope with these threats.
