On March 4, 2015 the Hitachi Data Systems company announced release of Live Insight for Telecom - solutions of the forecast analysis for the enterprises of the telecom industry.

The flexible scalable solution will allow suppliers of services to predict network activity on the basis of a combination of real-time data and chronological reports for improvement of quality of the provided services. They have an opportunity to develop and implement unique, intellectual services that allows to react quickly to needs of subscribers and to expand a range of the provided services.

The solution provides to corporate customers of the operator an opportunity on demand to perform monitoring of crucial business operations using the platform managed by the operator which provides means of analytics as service.

The Live Insight for Telecom platform integrates stream data of real time and data for the last periods, helping suppliers of services to provide better services.

Functionality

• The detailed analytics for increase in accuracy. The solution is capable to register and analyze at the same time prior to 1 million events per second on one module of processing, providing accuracy to the level of milliseconds.

• The scalable means of analytics providing cost efficiency. The solution Live Insight for Telecom has the scalable virtualized program architecture allowing service providers to increase linearly the computing power and to analyze tens of gigabits of stream data per second even in case of the most exacting applications of mobile networks 4G, broadband access for house subscribers and the services placed in a cloud.

• Adaptive analytics for optimization of performance. The solution uses unique opportunities of machine learning and predictive analytics, in parallel working with real-time data and the last periods. It allows to increase network performance still before there is a problem, to provide agreement performance about the service level (SLA), to increase service quality of subscribers and to avoid growth of operating costs.
