Designed to automate the operation of stations and departments of emergency and emergency medical care, can be used in the work of the center for disaster medicine.

ASU "Ambulance" supports the entire technological cycle of work: from call reception and distribution to statistical processing of information and assessment of the effectiveness of the institution. ASU "Ambulance" is the main system for building a comprehensive solution for the provision of emergency medical care in the region.

Tasks to be solved

  • registration of incoming calls (ambulance and emergency care, scheduled and emergency transportation, outpatient reception) with automatic queuing of unattended calls, their arrangement in order of priority of service and the possibility of transferring calls for emergency care to clinics;
  • online dispatching of all received calls in real time;
  • registration of changes in the state and location of visiting teams, control of call maintenance time, repair, lunch, etc.;
  • generation of schedule of orders;
  • registration of the brigade shift and deviations from the work schedule, creation of a timesheet;
  • accounting for the receipt and consumption of medicines and medical tools with storage in the pharmacy and at the filling station;
  • maintenance of travel sheets, creation of a driver's work sheet;
  • accounting of fuel supply and consumption, calculation of fuel overspeed/economy;
  • accounting of flights of sanaviation;
  • assessment of compliance with the standards of medical care approved by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation;
  • formation of operational and statistical reports of any periodicity (the supplied set of reports includes all forms required by the orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation);
  • creation of registries for MHIF.

The program product of ASU "Ambulance" fully meets the requirements of the concept of creating the Unified State Information System in the Field of Healthcare (EGIS-Corp) and the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation on the composition of the applied components of the regional fragment of the EGIS, ensures compliance with the requirements for information technology support of emergency medical stations.

As part of ASU "Ambulance," there are open program interfaces that ensure integration with third-party (external) software, including TFOMS IP (in accordance with the order of the FFOMS of April 7, 2011 No. 79 and the requirements of regional legislation), with information systems of outpatient medical institutions within the framework of the separation of ambulance and emergency services, System "112."

  • AWS for generation of certificates;

  • WS of substation dispatcher;
  • AWS hospitalization in the BSMP department;
  • garage AWS;
  • WS of the system administrator.

Depending on the accepted distribution of functional responsibilities between the employees of the emergency medical station and the tasks solved at workplaces, it is possible to set up ARMs individually.


ASU "Ambulance" is a solution functioning in more than 140 cities of the Russian Federation. ASU "Ambulance" functions as a single dispatching service of emergency medical care of the Chuvash Republic, Kaluga and Kaliningrad regions, providing monitoring of the operational situation and solving the tasks of analytical processing of consolidated information on the provision of emergency medical care in the whole region and separately for each municipality.

2021: Integration with "N3. Health"
