IFS/hiring

IFS/management of career

- Aspirations of the employee. The file on strong and weaknesses of the employee, area of interests and a career way, the employee's level among other applicants, etc.
- Career plan. Formation and approval of a career plan.
- Statement of a career plan. The approval of the plan of career in terms of the interests of the company. Determination of key positions and use of a career plan for identification of potential candidates.
IFS/advanced training
This module is necessary for the organizations providing broad training of employees including own forces. In general the needs for training of employees follow individual programs of advanced training on the basis of which plans of holding training events are formed. Process is facilitated at the expense of the Internet technologies allowing employees to be registered on trainings via the web interface, and to personnel department - to notify them due to integration into e-mail. After completion of training additions are automatically made to personal records of employees.
IFS/salary

IFS/labour costs on projects
The module allows to trace effectively time and monetary expenditure of employees during projects. Structures of projects are created in the module IFS/project management then your employees can perform registration of the spent time. It facilitates process of control of project works.
Graphical representation of the project and opportunity for clicking of one key to transfer information to other products (for example, the MS Excel or Internet Explorer) provide convenience of the overview of projects. Financial flows, including calculation of cost and formation and the statement of the invoices reflecting project costs are completely supported. The module allows:
- register time spent by employees for execution of works on the project (registration can be executed weekly or daily);
- register the cost of project works, i.e. costs incured when working on the project;

IFS/business trips
This module replaces traditional forms and simplifies creation of the reporting. A system contains the current regulating requirements and automatically performs calculation of costs. The last turn on daily allowance, expenses on tickets, travel money (taking into account distance), pocket expenses and other types of traveling costs. Registration and confirmation become directly on the screen. Employees who make business trips often can prepare the reporting via the Internet, being connected through safe Internet connection from any place in the world.
IFS/portal of personnel
In this module on the basis of technology of the Internet portals the modern concept of ESS - Employee Self-service (Independent maintaining personal records) is implemented. Access to fragments of personal records allows employees to care for the accuracy of information on itself, in parallel reducing loading of employees of personnel department. Except work with personal records, on the Internet it is possible to register traveling expenses, to keep time keeping, to carry out a self-assessment, to be registered on training, to browse internal vacancies, etc.
