Integration with Polina AI will add AI capabilities to the platform: a system based on language models - OpenAI, YandexGPT, GigaChat - analyzes the resume, assesses the candidate's experience, skills and compliance with the job requirements, and also reveals hidden competencies, prompts questions for interviews, generates reports and shortlists from candidates.

Polina AI can analyze up to 300 resumes per hour from different sites. The built-in chatbot independently clarifies the missing information, conducts mini-surveys, collects feedback and assigns interviews. Thanks to this, recruiters will be able to focus on strategic tasks, and candidates will receive answers and invitations faster.
