MOS3 is located in a four-story structure occupying 7,367 square meters. m. For the construction of the new facility, outdated industrial buildings were completely demolished. Representatives of IXcellerate claim that during the construction process, domestic materials that meet the requirements of state standards were used.

According to information from IXcellerate, the center's engineering infrastructure includes a chiller and funkoyle-based cooling system that allows the center to use free cooling year-round. Excess heat is disposed of to heat the administrative premises. The data center is incorporated into the combined IXcellerate network, enabling users to connect to more than 50 cloud and telecommunications service providers. In addition, access to Eurasia Peering and MSK-IX peer-to-peer networks is provided.
