IcControl 6.0 PC Property management of the enterprise

In May, 2015 Certificate "Compatibly! The system of programs 1C: Enterprise" was received by the "IcControl 6.0 PC Property Management of the Enterprise" software product developed and replicated by NPTs Intelkom LLC company and provided on certification as the program compatible at the level of data exchange for "1C: Enterprises 8.3" in the normal mode and in the mode of managed application.

The product "IcControl 6.0 PC Property Management of the Enterprise" is intended for management of a property complex of the enterprise using automation of basic processes of accounting and control of personal and real estate. The product is created on the basis of technologies of automatic identification (RFID, shaped coding) and web technologies.

The PC is the universal solution and is used by the enterprises and the organizations of the different industries. The product has flexible modular structure that provides to the user the choice of necessary functionality depending on his requirements.

Features and program capabilities:

• Maintaining registers of property;
• Accounting of original, residual cost of an object and its depreciation;
• Use of GIS subsystem for display of space arrangement of a real estate, with a binding to geographical coordinates;
• Registration of transactions with accounting items (registration, issue from a warehouse, return on a warehouse, repair, write-off, etc.);
• Fixing of accounting items to responsible persons and users;
• Setup of hierarchy of location of an object up to a specific workplace;
• Control of an adherence to deadlines of operation, accomplishment of scheduled and repair work;
• Distribution control of supplies, accounting of a remaining balance, statistics;
• Management of software licenses;
• Formation of purchasing requests, repair and replacement of the equipment and also on software installation;
• Inventory process automation;
• Formation of analytical reports in different cuts;
• Formation of reporting documents in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• The Mobile Client application allowing to carry out easily and quickly inventory using the tablet computer.

Exchange (interaction) "Property management of the enterprise" with 1C:Enterprise 8 is exercised of the icControl 6.0 PC using processing of 1C: Enterprise which creates the file in the XML format. Further this file is loaded into a software package. Interaction "on demand" and automatically is possible (according to the schedule).

All software modules, except the module "Synchronization of Data", can function without installation of the 1C: Enterprise platform.

"The icControl 6.0 PC Property management of the enterprise" can interact with the main standard configurations based on 1C: Enterprise 8.2:

• Enterprise accounting;
• Management of manufacturing enterprise;
• Accounting department of public institution;
• Complex automation.

If necessary interaction can be adapted for original solutions on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform.

The program is delivered with the file of protection of the license in which are fixed: available modules, number of client connections and number of connections of "Mobile clients".
