2026: Launch of AI analytics to work with marketplaces

inSales has launched AI analytics to work with marketplaces. The company announced this on February 11, 2026.

Now sellers have access to a smart chat bot based on a neural network that will answer questions about sales, advertising and profits on marketplaces. The AI analyst covers all areas of the seller's work at Wildberries, OZON and Yandex.Markete.

The AI analyst works on the basis of an LLM model, supplemented by internal storefronts of inSales data - the assistant collects all the information from the seller's office and allows you to work with information both on a separate marketplace and on any bundle of marketplaces. Seller will be able to ask any question related to working on the marketplace, and the AI analyst will support the context of the dialogue and give an answer in the format of an analytical note, table or graph. It takes up to 30 seconds to process a query, while working independently with BI (Business Intelligence) systems or Excel takes between 5 and 15 minutes per operation.

The AI analyst offers users expert advice on 110 topics covering all areas of the seller's work at Wildberries, OZON and Yandex Market. Thanks to deep analytics, users can count revenue, profit and margin. For example, an online assistant can independently analyze and tell you which products make a profit and which loss, which is sold best using the ABC/XYZ method, how sales have changed over the month, which advertising works more efficiently and much more.

The inSales AI assistant quickly responds to a user's request and gives a detailed response, supported by numbers, graphics and a list of products without Excel tables. The service adapts to any scale of the business and is designed for large amounts of data, an increase in the number of goods and orders, as well as for the simultaneous operation of several users, the inSales press service commented.
