According to the company, Future Light-Painting Leather is a technology for reversible color change that occurs under the influence of ultraviolet radiation. Infinix integrated photochromic polymers into the skin, the molecular structure of which changes in the presence of UV radiation, which causes a change in color. In the absence of prolonged exposure to direct sunlight on the surface of the material, the skin returns to its original color.
The technology is cost-effective energy smartphone and is based on passive change due to external influences. This approach expands the capabilities of designers when working on products and allows them to give a different look to devices, using two or more changing colors.
