Intalev: Project management information system

"INTALEV: project management information system" ("INTALEV: ISUP") – the integrated software package allowing to solve quickly relevant problems of corporate management by projects taking into account methodology of the international standard on PMBOK Guide project management and also features of modern practice of project implementation in the Russian organizations.

• MS Enterprise Project Management 2007 providing traditional functionality of project management:
  • Planning and tracking of parameters of projects, works, resources, appointments;
  • Purpose of tasks to contractors and collecting of results of works (raschasovka) – filling of the actual and current labor costs, execution %;
  • Obtaining the summary reporting, for example, planned and actual dates, the cost, labor costs on ** to the different periods and projects;
  • Calculation of parameters of the mastered amount of completed work;
  • Remote (web access) to control functions by projects;

• Specialized module of integration "INTALEV: Corporate projects", the logging-in "INTALEV: Corporate management" – the instrument of automatic transformation of these schedules of projects in articles of financial budgets of the company (income and expenses, the payment schedule).
