On July 21, 2020 the Ivanti company provided Ivanti Neurons — the platform of hyper automation which allows beforehand, independently and steadily to fix problems on devices and also to give to employees a self-service opportunity. Using the Ivanti Neurons platform of the company can strengthen IT departments bots which detect and fix problems and vulnerabilities — thus, it is possible to provide IT services quicker, more precisely and more economically. According to Ivanti, the companies which already applied this solution reached reduction of a downtime to 63%, accelerated installation of security updates for 88% and fixed up to 80% of problems with devices to the address of the user to a support service.
