KSK an interaction Subsystem with GIS GMP

The interaction subsystem with GIS GMP is intended for automation of exchange of information with the Federal Treasury (FT) through infrastructure of Electronic Government.

The subsystem provides transfer of data on charges in GIS GMP, acceptance of information on payments and receipts.

Role model The following types of users are supported:

• Chief Manager of Charges (CMC)
• Administrator of Charges (AC)

• charge transfer
• viewing charge
• viewing history of processing of charge
• export of the payment document
• charge cancellation
• charge change

Payment check:

• work with information on payments
• work with receipts:
  • handshake of charge at the initiative of AN/GAN
  • obtaining receipts (result of handshake of charge with payments)
  • manual handshake

• prefilling of fields of a form depending on the user
• use of the existing charges as a template
• formation and preserving of templates of charges for simplification of process of creation and transfer of charges

Specific Features

• Experience of use in the subjects of the Russian Federation and federal executive authority
• Experience of integration with 1C for the automated data exchange
• Possibility of transfer of charges to the Personal account of the user of the regional portal of state services

2018: The planned upgrade of the module of charges and interactions with GIS GMP

In July, 2018 the Technology KSK company announced that in 2018 updating of "An interaction subsystem with GIS GMP" for support of formats and rules of filling of the parameters approved by Federal Treasury, versions 1.16.5 and 2.0 in process of input will be carried out to a system of the corresponding standards.
