Beginning of mass implementations of DDR4 not far off

The RAM used in server platforms differs from "normal" in the bigger capacity and the increased reliability.

The DDR4 technology allows to release memory modules with a frequency from 2133 to 4266 MHz, and the capacity of modules can theoretically reach 512 GB.

In addition, DDR4 has big fault tolerance and differs in more effective energy consumption. Standard operating voltage is 1.2 V here, at the same time "low-voltage" modules will be able to work at a tension only of 1.05 V that is 30% less than standard tension for memory of DDR3.
