2024: As part of PAC for quantum protection of mobile communications
Micron, a Russian manufacturer of microelectronics (part of the Element, ELMT group of companies), a resident of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ, together with QRate and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), with the support of the Center for Research and Development JSC (CRC), developed a prototype of a software and hardware complex (PAC) that allows the use of quantum key distribution (KPC) technology in any user devices. This was announced on September 13, 2024 to the TAdviser portal by representatives of Micron.
PAC, developed by order of the Center for Research and Development, consists of the KRK system for the development of QRate, a smart card based on the protected domestic microcontroller "Micron" and software for a smartphone developed by MIPT.
2020: Integrates with the Continet Corporate Firewall 4
The specialists of the companies Security Code"" and KuRaith"" performed joint integration and conducted successful compatibility tests firewall of the corporate level 4 Continent quantum key distribution and the KuRait system. This was announced by the "Security Code" on January 21, 2020.
In the course of the work, a remote connection of Continent 4 to two synchronized sources of quantum keys "KuRait" was successfully established, a request was made and a quantum key was obtained, which was subsequently integrated with a cryptographic key received from the CCNS. The integration protocol was carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute. The purpose of the tests has been achieved - it has been proven that quantum technologies can be used to protect channels between KS Continent 4. In the near future, companies plan to test the solution in the "field" conditions as part of a pilot project.
Continent 4 is the flagship product of the network direction of the "Security Code" and the last generation of the Continental APCS line, which protects many organizations that will soon be able to strengthen the protection of their communication channels using quantum cryptography. The solution will be used both to improve the security of the network infrastructure of the customers themselves, and as part of the provision of services by telecom operators to their corporate customers.
The result of the technological partnership between Security Code and KuWright allows you to get ahead of progress and get a solution for protecting the latest generation of information, combining high speed and security.
