"Logic: The file" — the product intended for ordered storage and providing access to electronic images of client documents. Application industries: banks, insurance companies, telecom operators, medical institutions, etc.

As of October, 2018 solution "Logic: The file" is used for creation of the structured base of cards of clients: loads data from the third-party systems or receives them by digitization, independently classifies documents and builds in them hierarchy, applies rules of access according to the policy of the company, gives references to them to the third-party systems in perimeter of the organization and manages process of physical storage.

"Logic: The file" is built in the existing IT landscape of the organization and supports key business processes. The product becomes uniform archive of client documents for any corporate systems among which CRM BPM CORE BANKING SYSTEM. "Logic: The file" is connected to available or delivered together with the solution for stream input of data, providing efficiency at all stages of creation and use of the file.

A system is intended for processing of a big array of client documentation from physical persons and legal entities, collection of information on paper carriers and its long-term storage.

The Business Logic company specializing in creation of ecosystems of management of documents released on July 17, 2018 a product "Logic: The file" which automates processes of creation and use of the structured base of client files.

Product "Logic:" the front - and back office processes of formation and storage of client files is intended to the file for automation. Data are loaded into the deployed solution from the third-party systems and/or as a result of stream scanning of paper documents. "Logic: The file" classifies documents, places them in electronic archive according to hierarchy and communications according to persons/transactions, applies rules of access according to the policy of the company, gives on them references to other information systems. Thus, "Logic: The file" serves as uniform archive of client documents for ABS, CRM, BPM and other corporate systems, unloading their databases and increasing work speed. The software product also manages the business processes connected with physical storage of paper documents, allowing to react quickly to requests of business and regulatory authorities on providing originals, told in the company.

As product "Logic: To the file" it is intended for processing and storage of a big array of client documentation from physical persons and legal entities, the main users of the solution are banks, insurance companies, telecom operators, medical institutions and other companies to which information processing rate and its availability is important. Use of a product in the organizations with the distributed branch network allows to unify services for clients in all divisions and to provide competitive parameters of these services (speed of reaction to requests, low costs, small risks of data loss).

The software product differs in scalability, due level of information security and technical support from vendor, noted in Business Logic.

We developed "the Logician: The file", having seen the need of the banking sector for the specialized solution for processing and storage of client files. Classical electronic archives cannot satisfy it as business processes of financial companies are rather specific: they are tied on a large amount of papers, a part from which forms bank and subscribes, a part proves the identity and is not transferred to storage, etc. In geographically distributed financial structures the task of ensuring availability of documents of physical persons and legal entities in all front offices, at the same time with separation of the rights to viewing and transactions — is uncommon. "Logic: The file" solves it without complication of processing of requests — the director of products of Business Logic company Kirill Sokolov told.
