In January, 2016 the Business Logic company issued the solution "Logic of EA" — electronic archive of bank.

Any bank, especially large retail, operates with a huge number of documents which daily come to it from legal entities and physical persons: agreements, payment documents, applications for opening of the account, documents for registration of a mortgage, credit, deposit. The big documentary array is formed by the client files created by bank.

Fast and exact processing of these mass flows of documents, their reliable storage in archive and fast stay within a wide branch network — one of the most important factors of competitiveness of bank. Profitability of banking business directly depends on speed and the accuracy of document handling of "credit factory".

The solution "Logic of EA" provides processing of large volumes of electronic documents of bank (hundreds of millions units), thanks to it the labor input of the transactions connected with archive document storage decreases, in particular, time of obtaining necessary documents from archive is reduced and also risks of loss of documents sharply decrease.

Work of archive will be organized in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and instructions of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (archive on alienable carriers according to the instruction of the Bank of Russia 2346-U). The solution "Logic of EA" provides integration with the main the automated banking systems (ABS) and other accounting corporate systems.

The solution "Logic of EA" and the electronic archive created with its help uses Rosselkhozbank at the head office and 78 regional branches. Using a system employees of the bank process and manage the flow of client documents making 4 million pages a month.

The Logic of EA system is constructed on the IBM FileNet platform, for stream input of paper documents in archive the solution ABBYY FlexiCapture is used.

Process and to quickly take necessary information from client documents in paper form — costly and inefficiently. Besides there is a high risk of their loss and damage — comments on an exit of a new solution. Substantial increase of labor productivity of bank employees is connected with creation of electronic archive of client data. It belongs as to the retail, and corporate block.
