2022: MyCompany Architecture

MyCompany is a basic solution that implements the main business processes of small businesses and is suitable for wholesale, retail and Internet trade, services, contracts, small-scale and custom production.

The decision supports Russian legislation.

According to December 2022, MyCompany has a modular architecture and consists of seven large blocks.

Master Data - the system contains the main directories necessary to work with counterparties and the nomenclature of goods.

Counterparties can be individuals and legal entities. It is possible to automatically download legal entity data through the API provided by DaData.

Items can be either goods or services that can be categorized and flexibly managed by the attributes of goods and services.

Purchasing - the logic of orders of goods and services from the supplier is implemented. It is possible to register vendor price lists and then automatically substitute prices into the order.

Warehouse - The warehouse accounting logic is implemented with the calculation of balances for storage locations, which can have a hierarchical structure. It supports the calculation of the cost of balances for fixed and average costs, as well as the FIFO method. The calculation method can be different for different categories of articles.

One-by-one accounting and integration with the GIS of the Honest Sign GIS was implemented in terms of obtaining control marks, transferring and receiving documents to/from the GIS of the MT.

Calculations - implements the logic of registration of incoming and outgoing invoices and payments. The communication logic of incoming and outgoing documents for calculating debts on the document and counterparties is supported. It is possible to post the cost of services to the cost of goods in various ways.

Printed forms of the PDU, TORG-12 and TORG-13 are implemented.

Sales - the functionality of registering customer orders and generating sales prices is implemented with the ability to set certain types of prices, for buyers or types of orders. You can specify discounts for different price types that will be calculated automatically or manually when you generate sales orders or sales documents.

Retail - functionality for retail trade in goods and services.

The main element of the package is the POS form, which is used to retail and return goods. All checks are posted as realization documents, automatically reflecting all changes in accounting. Checks can be created from sales orders.

The possibility of opening and closing shifts, making and withdrawing money is supported. Implemented integration with the fiscal registrar ATOL through the web.server

Production - implements the logic of accounting for the produced products (assembly/disassembly) and writing off the raw materials spent on production with the calculation of the cost of production based on the production order. Automatic calculation of the quantity of finished products, raw materials, separation of production waste based on specifications is supported. Specification nesting is supported.

MyCompany allows you to customize your business processes to suit your business needs. It is possible to automatically generate warehouse and financial documents based on orders. For example, on the basis of a purchase order, you can first generate a delivery document to the warehouse, and then, upon receipt, a financial receipt document, or vice versa, when working on a down payment. Based on the purchase order, a production order can be formed, and upon its execution, a shipment document to the buyer and a sales document, etc.
