2021: Production of the first Russian automatic two-level parking began
On November 16, 2021, Rostec announced the start of production of automatic two-level parking for residential complexes and shopping centers. The state corporation claims that this is the first such domestic system.
The device called was developed in Russia at the scientific and production enterprise "Start" named after A.I. Yaskin holding "Technodinamika" (part of "Rostec"). It allows you to place two cars in one parking spot. Car owners will be able to use the platform using an individual key.
According to the developers, the system has a sealed design, which excludes the ingress of dirt, water, reagents and traces of petroleum products on lower-level cars.
The creators believe that their development will be used in underground parkings of modern residential complexes, megamolls and business centers.
According to Rostec Executive Director Oleg Yevtushenko, the main advantage of such a design is the ability to quickly increase the number of parking spaces on a limited area, for example, in an already built building. In Europe, such car parks have proved their convenience and have been widely used, he added.
It is also possible to connect the articles to each other. Due to this, it becomes possible to quickly erect two-level parking lots of any capacity on the basis of the designer.
Igor Nasenkov, General Director of Technodinamika Holding, said that in 2021 it is planned to begin introducing parking in the capital's underground parking lots of modern residential complexes and business centers, fulfilling the tasks of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" and the federal project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment." Also, according to him, the holding is ready for the implementation of an experimental project for equipping underground parking as part of the Housing Renovation program, together with the Moscow City Planning Policy Department.
