This service is developed on the basis of artificial intelligence technologies, neural networks and automated machine learning (AutoML) and is designed to solve a variety of business communication problems. The company announced this on January 29, 2026.
Robots act as AI agents: they understand the meaning of clients' statements, recognize intentions, conduct natural dialogue, remember the context, interact with external systems and make decisions within the framework of a given business logic. In some cases, they allow you to replace operators, as well as reduce the number of errors and move away from the hard scripts characteristic of classic IVR, script solutions and robots of previous versions.
One of the key features of the solution is the high speed of training. Due to the capabilities of AutoML, robots can quickly adapt to customer tasks, learn from historical data and improve the quality of dialogs during work. This approach allows you to reduce implementation times, ensure high accuracy of answers and stable operation of scenarios.
