Medofis is a clinical information system with modular architecture.

Financial statistics

The module "Financial Statistics" allows to create reports necessary for monitoring and the analysis of activity of clinic.

The module "Certificates and Deposits" gives an opportunity of advance payment of services, and not only the patient or any organization, but also any other person.

Laboratory

The module Laboratory allows to automate and organize work of health facilities regarding carrying out laboratory researches. The module allows to fix results of work of laboratory in the electronic clinical record of the patient, and laboratory doctors have an opportunity to prepare the reporting according to the results of the work. Also the module supports work of laboratory in case of sending analyses to external laboratories.

Using "A template of the medical document" it is possible to create new and to edit already existing forms of medical documents.

Registration of the patient

The module "Registration of the Patient" allows to save information on the patient (Full name, date of birth, residence, passport details, etc.) in the database of clinic. At repeated visit by the patient of clinic there is a possibility of quick search and change of information on the patient.

Monitor of the doctor

"The monitor of the doctor" is used as the magazine of work of the doctor.

Accounting of payment of services In the Medofis system the separate module is responsible for accounting of payment of the services rendered by medical institution.

Electronic registry

"Prerecording on acceptance" — one of the main modules of Medofis which is responsible for work planning of doctors and management of queues of patients. This module is the specialized interface connecting the database of doctors of hospital, the schedule of work of doctors and the database of patients. Using the program it is easy to automate record of patients on acceptance and to optimize work of doctors, to control load of them, to increase efficiency of use of the areas, the equipment and personnel of hospital.

2017: Integration with OnDoc

On October 12, 2017 the Medkarta company announced integration of a medical IT service of OnDoc with the medical information system "Medofis". It will allow clinics which work with this MIS, to connect additional services for patients through OnDoc. Read more here.
