As of September, 2019, the portable portable system of a color doppler echocardiography of a premium class of M7 differs in high functionality. ULTRASONOGRAPHY-scanner M7 is equipped with a special packet of options for cardiological inspections and the simple software in use for the organization of workflow.
Functions:
- Sensors on the basis of technology 3T
- Sensors are created on the basis of the technology patented by Mindray company and provide increase in capacity and efficiency of signal transmission.
- PSHI (harmonious visualization with phase shift)
- The isolated harmonious visualization for improvement of contrast permission providing sharper image with the high spatial resolution and smaller noise level
- iBeam (visualization with a partial kompaunding)
- Allows to use several scan angles for formation of the uniform image that leads to increase in contrast permission and improvement of visualization.
- iClear (visualization with suppression of granularity)
- Allows to improve image quality, based on automatic recognition of structures.
- Formation of a multi-beam
- Increase in processing speed of a signal from one beam up to 8 times that allows to reach excellent permission on time and higher frequency of the personnel.
- Stress echocardiography
- Provides precise measurement of function of a myocardium in response to an external stress or medicine.
- Free Xros M
- Anatomic M-mode. Allows to receive precise anatomic measurements by means of free placement of lines of the M-mode at any angle. Optimal image quality is reached using simultaneous use to 3 lines of the M-mode.
- Visualization in the mode of a fabric doppler echocardiography (TDI)
- The research in the mode of a fabric doppler echocardiography allows to define quantitative indices of the movement and functioning of a cardiac muscle, provides a full range of the regime of a fabric doppler for reduction of time and increase in accuracy of ultrasonic diagnostics.

- Free Xros CM
- The bending-around (nonlinear) M-mode. Allows to obtain the complete information about the movement of a cardiac muscle in different phases of reduction and at the same time to define extent of synchronization of a myocardium.
