2020: Creation MDS-01s of Guards

At the Northeast federal university on the basis of group educational projects of the international center Future Skills: NEFU is created the mobile Guards MDS-01s disinfection system. Three models of a system for the airports, large office buildings, movie theaters, stations and river ports are ready already. On June 4, 2020 the press center of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic in Moscow reported about it.

As the head of an engineering cluster of MTs Future Skills told: NEFU Alexey Scriabin, a system is intended for processing at inputs to premises of mass accumulation of people. The project meets the requirements of World Health Organization: original schemes of the thermal imager and the system of thermal sensors, a compounding of liquids, the system of cleaning of footwear with permanent regeneration of a surface, assembly of the ULV generator of cold fog and the system of recirculation with UF-cleaning are used.

When exceeding body temperature more than 37.5 °C of the person are not allowed to passing of further sanitary processing. The special rug which represents similarity of the conveyer belt and has permanent regeneration of the cleaning properties is developed for cleaning of footwear — one of probable sources of infection —.

In addition, the systems of sensors with all accompanying schemes and software of "iron" are from scratch created. All this is developed in the SVFU center, the process chart and design documentation with digital doubles is prepared. There is an experienced working model on which there are completions and primary tests that everything was safe for health. Small-lot production is possible in the presence of capacities. For June 4, 2020 we do not locate it, but are open for those companies which have process lines, told Alexey Scriabin.

The early laboratory studies show good results, emphasized in MTs Future Skills: NEFU. For the beginning of June the lineup is ready for three models of the mobile Guards disinfection system for the airports, large office buildings, movie theaters, stations and river ports. There are separate reduced models for educational institutions, small enterprises and shopping centers.

A system combines several separate elements of protection and control. In cleaning the three-stage filtering system, UV-radiations and standard protocols of cleaning through centralization of a water intake are used. In the UVL generator we considered that there was no irritation and injury of mucous membranes of eyes, airways and clothes, speaks Alexey Scriabin.

We hope to find investors and the first consumers. The option of transfer of technical maps and the rights on the system of a royalty for engineering production companies is possible and most probable while such the practician at the university was not. We begin process of patenting and attracting investors. Our task — project development before working production, laboratory tests, comments the director of the center Roman Gogolev.
