Modulbank and CafeStore platform launched a mobile application for sales analytics in coffee shops - CafeStoreAnalytics. The application will allow you to assess the state of affairs in a coffee shop in two clicks on your phone without opening large reports from your computer. Modulbank announced this on December 21, 2023.
CafeStoreAnalytics allows you to track the revenue, financial and operating performance of the coffee shop from your mobile phone - the average check, the number of checks by period, cancellations, returns, data on discounts, bonuses and promo codes and other transactions. The application also allows you to track the indicators of cashiers, work with the warehouse: monitor the movement and balances of goods, view and confirm invoices and not only.
The CafeStoreAnalytics mobile app is part of the CafeStore 360 coffee shop management solution. It includes a POS system, as well as a back office, a warehouse accounting system, tools for analyzing sales, launching loyalty programs and other functions for effectively managing a coffee shop.
CafeStore 360 is constantly being finalized, new modules will regularly appear in the application. Already in December 2023, you can configure the POS system for your coffee shop: create a menu with photos, modifiers and technical cards, assign different prices and add items to the stop list. You can place orders at the cash register and at the tables, with service in the hall or pickup for any day and time and pay in any way - cash, bank card, bonuses, QR code or mixed payment.
Warehouse accounting in CafeStore 360 completely closes the needs of the coffee shop, allows you to control balances, set up auto-write on sale or conduct manual inventory. You can launch a loyalty program - charge bonuses and promotional codes to attract and return guests. Finally, the system will help analyze sales and evaluate key indicators in dynamics: average check, revenue, loyalty reports, guest rating.
