On September 15, 2017 Sberbank announced a cloud service for management of small business. It integrates sales, purchases, a warehouse, finance and a management system of customer relation (CRM) in one system under the name "My Trade".
Using this solution which is available only to corporate clients to Sberbank online stores and small firms can check a remaining balance of goods on all outlets and understand what products need to be bought in addition. Service allows to control remotely work of sellers (opening/closing of change, sale, the discount amount created in service documents).
Opportunities of service can use free of charge within three months. Further entrepreneurs are offered to select one of three rates depending on quantity of sales points, the connected employees and the used functions. The cost of paid access will be from 1 to 4 thousand rubles a month.[1]
To start work with "My trade" the businessman needs to be registered on the website of the project and to undergo 15-minute interactive training. Owners of online stores will be able to connect the systems of creation and management of the websites (CMS) to service.
An operator of new service is the developer of cloud solutions for trade – the Lognex company (MyWayhouse brand) belonging to 1C. Service can use in the form of mobile application for iOS and Android.[2]
Sberbank according to the similar scheme provides some other the online services connected with accounting, a business intelligence, etc. "My trade" is integrated with these products, including online cash desk Evotor (operator — Evotor), Business intelligence (operator — Seeneco — Information Systems LLC), "Service of the guaranteed calculations" (operator — Sberbank-AST) and Moyabukhgalteriya Online (operator — Moyo delo LLC). Using them, the entrepreneur can significantly lower costs, keep the automated account, analyze and systematize production processes, says bank.
Later in September Sberbank started one more non-bank service for the clients - the CRM system which main functionality is free. An operator of service is the FreshOffice company.
