{{quote 'author = said Askar Rakhimberdiev, CEO of Cloud Service MyWayhouse. | Despite the increase in our revenue in the CIS countries, the bulk of our customers are located in Russia. Our growth is the growth of small businesses in the Russian Federation. The situation with Russian small and medium-sized businesses, contrary to forecasts, turned out to be quite stable. There are several reasons here. First, the departure of large retail reoriented the buyer to small companies. Secondly, due to its flexibility, SMEs quickly managed to start working on a parallel import program. Analyzing the turnover of our clients, we notice that those who have gone through crises since 2015 continue to work to this day. At the same time, we see a large increase in new companies, mainly production and sellers on marketplaces. Of the negative trends, retail store turnover fell by 9% in November 2022 to November 2021, but this is primarily due to the development of marketplaces, where for the third year in a row there was an increase in both turnover and sellers.}}
