In September, 2017 Sberbank suggested corporate clients to use new service – free CRM. The service was provided within development of a line of non-bank services of Sberbank.
An operator of service is the FreshOffice company. Service is provided on the website sb-crm.ru. The main functionality of CRM is free for all clients of Sberbank.
As required it is possible to connect additional functions and to construct a full stroke of a company performance in one system. The main business applications are available to connection: document flow, financial accounting, business processes, tools for communication and marketing.
At the time of the announcement on the website of service only one paid rate - Management is provided. Its cost is 550 rubles a month for each employee. Modules enter a rate: documents, finance, orders, warehouse, marketing, mailings.
In a system it is possible to configure the different access levels for employees and to protect the customer base from leak.
Profitable difference of service from other CRM in the market in Sberbank call lack of restrictions on the number of users of the free version.

Earlier in September Sberbank also announced the cloud service for management of small business integrating sales, purchases, a warehouse, finance and a management system of customer relation (CRM) in one system under the name "My Trade".
According to the similar scheme Sberbank provides also some other the online services connected with accounting, a business intelligence, etc. "My trade" is integrated with these products, including online cash desk Evotor (operator — Evotor), Business intelligence (operator — Seeneco — Information Systems), "Service of the guaranteed calculations" (operator — Sberbank-AST) and Moyabukhgalteriya Online (the operator — My Case).
