2020: nanoCAD SPDS the Building site 20.1 with the updated project manager and automatically created reports

Nanosoft the Building site submitted on October 2, 2020 the updated commercial version of the specialized solution of nanoCAD SPDS. Most updating affected functionality of scheduling which opportunities considerably extended.

nanoCAD SPDS the Building site 20.1 – the specialized product automating development of sections of the project documentation on the organization of construction.

This product update means change of serial number and installation with the nanoCAD Plus platform with the module SPDS not below version 20.1. Are significantly renewed the Project manager and automatically created reports.

We try to consider wishes of our users. Following these wishes, we implemented synchronization of works and the construction equipment in the Project manager, and in the schedule of need for personnel offered an opportunity to configure calendar range. Traditionally with each updating we expand base of elements. 2010: Appointment "nanoCAD Building site"

The program is intended for preparation of sections of the project of the organization of construction (POC) and the project of works (PW). The solution "nanoCAD Building site" is developed on the basis of "nanoCAD SPDS" and includes following features of preparation of POS and Party of Pensioners of Russia: execution of the construction master plan; design of time roads; design of the organization of traffic; generation of sheets and schedules on the performed works and the used equipment; calculation of the area of warehousing and generation of the report on calculation; accomplishment of calculations and reports generation on time electro-and water supply; selection of the construction equipment on the basis of calculations and parameters of the equipment; drawing of two-dimensional parametrical types of the construction equipment; drawing of work and dangerous areas; export of the statement of works to the XML format compatible to "Grand-Smeta".

Functional core of the program is the project manager. He represents the list of the performed works of the project with a binding to terms and resources. For each work it is possible to define the sequence and an order of enclosure in the general hierarchy, to appoint accomplishment terms, volumes, machine and human resources. From the project manager the user can receive schedules, sheets of amounts of works, the list of machines and mechanisms and also other output data.

The objects created by specialized tools are parametrical and intellectual. Thanks to it the program automates many labor-consuming transactions of drawing, calculation, drawing up specifications, etc. The intellectuality of objects allows to edit them using "handles" and a property sheet, at the same time objects do not lose integrity. The program contains the extensive database of the construction machines and mechanisms, buildings and constructions which are located on the building site, linearly - extended objects, different roads and road signs, reference designations.

The "nanoCAD Building site" program, as well as all products based on the nanoCAD platform, can use any files of the DWG format for work and also leaves invariable data and structure of objects which were created in other CAD. DWG is also an output format therefore it is possible to work with the files created in "nanoCAD the Building site" in any applications reading this format. At the same time in "nanoCAD the Building site" is all basic drawing commands of the nanoCAD platform, emphasized in Nanosoft.

The program can be downloaded on the website nanocad.ru. It is possible to issue the annual subscription on the right of commercial use on the website or the authorized partner has companies. The cost of the annual subscription is 22 thousand rubles (including the VAT). Also through a partner network the box version (the license which is not limited on time) worth 75 thousand rubles is available (including the VAT).
