2019: Release of complex IT solution on the market
On January 14, 2019 the Navicon company announced release on the market of complex IT solution of DBA (Digital Business Automation) consisting of several intellectual products which will allow to make process of digital transformation of business by the most transparent and managed.
According to the statement of the developer, the stack of the products Navicon DBA (Digital Business Automation) integrated in itself several products of global and domestic developers of innovations with which the company works. Between IT tools of different classes which enter a stack integration therefore customers do not need to finish solutions for setup of their optimal interaction is adjusted. Thanks to it on deployment of set of intelligent systems which can automate in a complex data management in the company less costs, than when installing each IT solution separately will be involved.
According to the developer, the main task of a stack of Navicon DBA – full automation of all routine transactions connected with input, recognition and data processing. Therefore the OCR tools – optical character recognition became one of its principal components. Many businesses face what the majority of documents, from internal requests of employees to checks and forms, is still stored in paper form. Part of them is scanned, however it does not solve a problem – effectively it is possible to work with data from scans only manually, by search in them some specific information any software will be able to browse only the words which are contained in names of files and metadata. Products of the class OCR take and will transform contents of pages or photos of documents to a digital text format – it allows to look for and analyze automatically information in documents of any type.
Besides, as reported in Navicon, integration of OCR with handbook data of the company allows to execute cross-verifications of the arriving information at a stage of its processing, i.e. before loading in a system. As a result business can improve quality of the entering data and increase performance: the automated data processing can accelerate workflow to 40 times, in comparison with manual entry of information.
Capacity of OCR, according to the developer, as much as possible reveals in interaction with other products: for example, it can be integrated into mobile applications for operational information processing from documents. In a stack of Navicon DBA OCR are integrated with chat-bots and the RPA tools. Interaction with chat-bots allows to organize quick remote access to all information of the company – necessary data can be received by means of the mobile phone. Thanks to it management of all business processes becomes even more operational and flexible.
In turn, RPA is intended for fall forward of work with data. The RPA tools can be used for reading, classification and data storage after recognition of OCR in structured by DWH. In addition to performance improvement and efficiency of work with documents, program robots also help to avoid errors which in most cases arise because of a human factor, claim in Navicon.
