2024: Product Release

In July 2024, Russian developers presented an innovative robotic complex capable of carrying an anti-tank mine and acting as a "smart" kamikaze. The new tracked platform created by the Northern Press enterprise is designed to carry out a wide range of combat missions, including the defeat of manpower, mining and destruction of enemy military equipment.

According to TASS, the uniqueness of the development lies in its ability to function both under the manual control of the operator and in autonomous mode using artificial intelligence technologies. The robot can carry various types of ammunition, including TM-62, TM-72, TM-89 anti-tank mines, as well as PMN anti-personnel mines.

The complex is distinguished by high cross-country ability, low noise level thanks to the electric motor and multitasking, provided with a set of visual controls and various sensors. The system can operate in three modes: autonomous, semi-autonomous and manual, which significantly expands its tactical capabilities.

In autonomous mode, the robot independently performs the task after loading the target designation program, using machine learning and computer vision. The semi-autonomous mode allows you to combine autonomous movement to the target with manual control at critical moments, which provides flexibility of application and reduces the risk of intercepting enemy control.

To detonate an anti-tank mine, the robot is equipped with an electro-hydraulic jack that activates the fuse with the necessary force. It is noteworthy that the device can be equipped with neodymium magnets that allow it to attach to the metal case of enemy equipment and blow up at the most effective point.

The prototype platform has compact dimensions: length and width - 70 cm, height - 40 cm. At the same time, the robot is able to carry a payload weighing up to 70 kg and reach speeds of up to 100 km/h. The range on a single battery charge at minimum load is 1.5 hours.[1]
